Apples, a fast-growing online healthy dating website, is seeking a skilled Community Engagement Officer to join our team. As a Community Engagement Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing Apples’ community engagement and user retention strategies. The role is a hybrid role, working 3 days on site and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Trust and Safety team to ensure compliance with Apples’ policies and procedures
  • Enforce trust and safety policies and provide guidance to users on responsible online behavior
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to improve user retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users through various online and offline channels
  • Analyze user feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvement
  • Represent Apples at relevant industry events to develop relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in community engagement or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of online community management best practices
  • Experience working with remote teams and in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for healthy dating and building relationships
