Below you will find answers to the most commonly asked account profile questions.

Uploading profile photos

Uploading photographs is easy but please remember, we do not permit nudity. You can find out more in our Terms of Service policy.

You can add a photo to your profile by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. If you have uploaded a profile photo and it has been approved, then simply click your profile photo button at the top right hand side of the page. You will then be presented with your profile page - simply click the "Camera" button in the bottom left hand side of your profile photo. Once you have done this simply follow the instructions.

Uploading photo albums

You can add photo albums to your profile by clicking the 'Pictures' link at the top of the page.

To create a new album click on "+ New album" and follow the simple instructions. To add a picture to an existing album, select the album by clicking on the album you wish to add images to and then click on "+ Add pictures". Now you will be able to select a pictures from your device to upload.

Please Note: We do not allow nudity and you must follow our Terms of Service policy.

How do I edit my profile?

You can edit your profile by clicking the user menu which can be accessed by clicking on the "person" button at the top right hand corner of the page. Tap the 'Edit profile' link.

How do I restrict my profile from others?

To restrict your Apples profile and make it private to others, please tap the 'Settings' link and then 'Privacy'. You can now select the 'Who can view my profile ' the type of user group who may access your profile. Please note: This option does not 'hide' your profile and your profile photo/online status will still be to others.

How do I hide my profile?

Hiding your profile is only available to Core members. Once you hide your profile, you can browse Apples anonymously with your online status, visit notification and public profile hidden until you switch it off.

To hide your profile, please tap on the 'Online now' status on your profile page. This will now show you as 'Invisible'.
