Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 January 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Apples website and any purchases you make through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Apples.

Contact email: help@apples.co.uk
Postal address: Apples Customer Service, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom

2. Your Order and Contract

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from Apples. A legally binding contract between you and Apples is formed only when your order has been dispatched. This means that payment being taken, or an order confirmation email being sent, does not in itself mean that your order has been accepted.

Until dispatch, we reserve the right to:

  • cancel or refuse an order (for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), or

  • limit the quantity of certain items that can be purchased in a single order for security or stock control reasons.

If we are unable to fulfil your order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and issue a full refund as soon as possible.

All products sold on our website are intended for personal use only and are not for resale. Ownership of goods will not pass to you until payment has been received in full.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment via:

  • Stripe / WooPayments

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Clearpay

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

In some cases:

  • orders may be delivered in more than one parcel if items are dispatched from different locations

  • delivery may take longer during busy periods, promotions, or Bank Holidays

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to our courier partners. However, we will always assist you in resolving delivery issues where possible. Full details of delivery costs, timeframes, and postcode exclusions are available on our Delivery Information page, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the exclusions below. To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing (by email or contact form) within the cancellation period.

You must:

  • take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession

  • return items unused, unopened, and in a resaleable condition where applicable

Your right to cancel does not apply to:

  • food products

  • supplements

  • cosmetic or hygiene products

once they have been opened, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns Policy is provided as an additional benefit and does not affect your statutory rights. Unused items may be returned within 28 days, provided they meet the conditions outlined on our Returns & Refunds page. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5 working days and issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

  • we recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form or by emailing help@apples.co.uk. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • photographs where possible

Once the issue has been reviewed and agreed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and advise you on the next steps.

8. Supplements and Food Products

If you believe a food or supplement product is not fit for consumption, please stop using it immediately and contact us with details of the issue.

9. Lost Parcels and Missing Items

If your order has not arrived, or if any items are missing, please contact us via our contact form as soon as possible so we can investigate with the relevant courier.

Lost parcels or missing items must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for issues reported outside of this timeframe.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.
