Track your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your delivery tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment and see the latest delivery updates from the courier.

Tracking information may take a short time to activate after dispatch. If you are unable to locate your tracking details, please check your order confirmation email or contact our support team for assistance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

This email will contain a tracking link provided by the courier, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery and view the latest status updates. Simply click the tracking link to see where your order is and when it is expected to arrive.

You can also review your recent purchases by visiting the Orders section of your account dashboard.

Your tracking link is usually sent once your order has been dispatched from the supplier or fulfilment centre.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. In some cases, it may take a short time for the courier to activate the tracking information after the order has been shipped.

If you have not received a tracking email within the expected dispatch timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier and may take some time to refresh as your parcel moves through the delivery network.

It is normal for tracking updates to pause for a short period, particularly while the parcel is in transit between distribution centres. Updates will normally resume once the parcel reaches the next stage of the delivery process.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.

If your tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking the following:

• Around your property or safe places where the courier may have left the parcel
• With neighbours or household members who may have accepted the delivery
• Any delivery notifications from the courier

If you are still unable to locate the parcel after checking these options, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate further.
