Below you will find answers to the most commonly asked account management questions.

What is the status of my Core membership?

You can view the status of your Core membership subscription any time by visiting the Subscription Status section in Account 'Settings'.

How do I change my username?

You can change your username within the 'Settings' page. Only members who have purchased Core membership may change their username.

Managing blocked profiles

Your 'Block list' will show you the members you have added to your ignore list. You won't receive messages or notifications from blocked members. To unblock a member, tap on the red cross in the corner of their profile photo.

How do I remove my data from Apples?

Deleting your account is permanent and you will lose all data including messages, friends, blogs, images and posts. This process is not reversible. Please make sure you are 100% certain you want to delete your account. Please note, deleting your account will not prevent Core membership re-billing. If you have Core membership, you must cancel this yourself. This is easily done from PayPal or Stripe.

To delete your account, go to 'Settings' and 'Delete Account' located under your e-mail address.
