Your Apples account allows you to manage your personal information, track orders and view your purchase history in one place.
From your account dashboard, you can update your details, change your password and review previous orders.
How do I create an account?
You can create an Apples account during checkout or by registering through the account page. Once your account is created, you will be able to access your Dashboard, where you can manage your orders, account details and other preferences.
Having an account makes it easier to track purchases, update delivery information and manage your settings in one convenient place.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, simply select the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Apples account, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password.
Once you have successfully reset your password, you will be able to log in and access your Dashboard, where you can manage your account and view your recent activity.
How do I update my account details?
You can update your personal information by logging into your account and visiting the Account Details section.
From here, you can edit details such as your name, email address and password. Keeping your account details up to date helps ensure that order confirmations and important notifications are delivered to the correct email address.
How do I update my delivery address?
You can manage your saved delivery addresses in the Address section of your account.
Here you can add, edit or update your billing and shipping addresses to ensure your orders are delivered to the correct location.
Keeping your address information up to date can help avoid delays when placing future orders.
Can I view my previous orders?
Yes. After logging into your account, visit the Orders section to view your order history.
Here you will be able to see details of your previous purchases, including order numbers, order dates and current order status. This page also allows you to quickly check the progress of recent orders.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. To change your email address, log into your account and go to the Account Details section.
From there, you can update the email address associated with your account. Once updated, future order confirmations and account notifications will be sent to your new email address.
Can I save items to a wishlist?
Yes. If you find products you’d like to purchase later, you can add them to your Wishlist.
Your wishlist allows you to save items for future reference so you can easily find them again when you’re ready to place an order.
How do I delete my account?
If you would like to close your Apples account, please contact our support team and we will assist you with the process.
For security reasons, account deletion requests must be confirmed before they can be completed.
Do I need an account to place an order?
In most cases, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an Apples account provides additional benefits.
With an account, you can access your Dashboard to track orders, manage addresses, save payment methods and review your order history in one convenient place.
