Zechstein Magnesium Chloride

BetterYou uses Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride, sourced from underground deposits beneath Northern Europe.

Unlike some of BetterYou's more concentrated topical magnesium products, the Sensitive Spray uses a 15% concentration, giving customers with more sensitive skin a gentler introduction to topical magnesium.

Not all magnesium sprays contain the same concentration of magnesium chloride and that's an important detail if your skin tends to be sensitive. A more concentrated product isn't automatically the better product. For some people, a gentler formula that they actually enjoy using consistently may be a much better fit.

Why is this one different?

What about the magnesium tingle?

Topical magnesium chloride can sometimes produce a temporary tingling or prickling sensation, particularly with concentrated formulations or when applied to sensitive or recently shaved skin. And just as we mentioned with the Magnesium Gel, tingling shouldn't be treated as evidence that you're magnesium deficient. Your skin's reaction can be influenced by its sensitivity, condition, the area of application and the concentration of the product.
